BISCO President leaves for Chicago

President-elect Rob Blair (left), new President Gary Zimmer, along with former president George Dahl (far right) congratulate Mike Murphy (holding plaque) on his new position in Chicago. Murphy, who resigned from the BISCO Board of Directors in December, received the traditional leadership plaque in appreciation for his years of service on the BISCO board. Former vice president Rob Blair moves up to president-elect. As such, he will be in charge of coordinating the annual Brockport Arts Festival. In addition to the BISCO presidency, Zimmer is also vice president of the Brockport Rotary Club. Anyone interested in BISCO board membership can contact George Dahl at 637-3737. BISCO is looking also for persons interested in fundraising, project selection, festival participation, duck derby planning and similar duties. Meetings are at Lakeside Hospital the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Meeting Room A and are open to the public.
