Free financial aid seminar
offered by Genesee Community College

Genesee Community College is having a free seminar offering information about various financial aid sources for college enrollment. The presentation will be held Wednesday, January 28, at 6:30 p.m. in room T102 of the Conable Technology Building on the Batavia Campus.

Students, parents and other participants are invited to learn about how to apply for financial aid, details about applications and deadlines that can save money, and how to appeal for more money. The seminar presenter, Joseph Bailey, director of financial assistance and veterans services, will also give tips on how to decipher financial aid awards and how to apply for scholarships

Genesee's Financial Aid Sources Seminar is open to the public, but reservations are required and space is limited. All interested participants can call 585-345-6900.
