St. John, Hamlin honors
Military personnel and their families
On February 29, St. John Lutheran Church, Hamlin will hold a special community service to honor area military personnel currently serving in different areas of the world.
St. John parishioners have been dedicating prayer time and have produced a commemorative star banner that hangs in the church as part of their on-going military awareness and outreach program.
The community is invited to attend this service on Sunday, February 29 at 7 p.m.
Pastor Hoft would also like to remind area families to notify the church office of members serving in the military so they can be included in prayers for safety. The motto of the program is "Give Them a Shield of Faith."
