Hilton band benefit raises $1,000

On Thursday, February 12, over $1,000 was raised at Hilton High School's Band Benefit for two young people battling leukemia. Three bands performed a benefit show for Ryan McPhee, eight-year-old student at Quest Elementary School and Dan Putnam, Hilton High School graduate in the class of '94. Three local high school bands entertained: Finally Gone, Gonculator and Radioflyer. All three bands won the Hilton High School "Battle of the Bands" in October.
