Fundraiser aids CC baseball teams' spring training costs

The CCHS varsity baseball team will be traveling to Charleston, South Carolina during April for spring training. In order to help offset the cost of the trip for the student-athletes, the baseball program will be holding a rummage sale on Saturday, March 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Churchville-Chili Senior High School. Those interested in the sale should use the main entrance to enter the building.

Items that will be available at the sale include (but are not limited to) baby clothes, toys, sporting goods and household items. A golf playing pass worth thousands of dollars in savings will also be available. Courses offered on the pass include Ravenwood, Bristol Harbour, Legends (Niagara Falls), Eagle Vale, Reservoir Creek, Salmon Creek and other area courses. All proceeds from the sale will help pay for the student-athletes baseball trip to South Carolina.
