College Information Night
to be held at Spencerport High School

School counselors from five area school districts, Spencerport, Brockport, Hilton, Holley and Kendall, are combining efforts to sponsor the Fourth Annual College Admission Information Night on Thursday, March 18 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Spencerport High School Auditorium.

Entitled "What does your transcript say about you?" the program is open to students in grades 8-11 and their parents. College representatives from seven institutions will be on hand - SUNY Brockport, Monroe Community College, SUNY Geneseo, Rochester Institute of Technology, Nazareth College, Roberts Wesleyan College and the University of Buffalo.

The program will consist of a panel of college admissions counselors reviewing five high school transcripts. They will also discuss college admission requirements, so students can learn first-hand what they need to do to get into college. After questions and answers, students and parents can gather college materials and talk to college representatives one-on-one.
