Holley High School presents "Cinderella"
The classic tale of Cinderella will come to life on the Holley High School stage March 11-14 complete with wicked stepmother and stepsisters, charming prince and glass slipper. As audiences for generations remember, it is only through Cinderella's innocent faith in a miracle that allows her wish to go to the ball to come true. Musical highlights include "In My Own Little Corner," "A Lovely Night," "Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful?" and "Impossible."
The Holley production features the talents of junior and senior high school students cast in over 100 parts. Director Dan Burke has always cast different students in the lead roles for each of the performances, so as many students can participate as possible.
Performances will be Thursday through Saturday, March 11-13 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 14 at 2 p.m. in the Holley High School Auditorium. Tickets, on sale in the High School Main Office, are $6 in advance and $7 at the door. Seniors (age 60 and over) residing in the Holley School District can obtain a Gold Card at the Main Office, which entitles them to free entrance into the musical. The card may also be used for sporting events.
