Child passenger safety technician
courses offered this spring

Monroe County Child Passenger Safety will be holding two Child Passenger Safety Technician Courses. The training courses certify Child Passenger Safety Technicians to assist parents in the proper use and installation of child safety seats. The 32-hour training course takes place over several days.

The first 32-hour course will be held in April and May, in the evening, at Spencerport Fire Department. The second 32-hour course will be held in June, in the daytime, at West Webster Fire Department.

The courses are funded through the Governor's Traffic Safety Committee and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
