Presentations about the Byron-Bergen School District budget for the 2004-2005 are scheduled as follows:

• Bergen Business and Civic Association Meeting, Monday, April 19, 7:15 p.m. - Bergen Town Hall
  
• Gillam-Grant Community Center, Wednesday, April 21, 7:30 p.m. - Gillam-Grant Center
  
• PTA Meeting, Tuesday, April 27, 2004, 7:30 p.m. - Middle School Library
• Music Boosters meeting, Thursday, April 29, 7 p.m. - High School Library
• Byron Kiwanis meeting, Tuesday, May 4, 7 p.m. - Byron Fire Hall
• Sports Boosters meeting, Wednesday, May 5, 2004, 7 p.m. - Middle School Library
• Public budget presentation, Tuesday, May 11, 7 p.m. - High School Library
• Town and Village of Bergen, Wednesday, May 12, 7 p.m. - Bergen Village Hall

Applications for absentee ballots will be available from the district clerk on Monday, April 19. If an application needs to be mailed to the voter, the clerk must receive the completed form no later than 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12. Call (585) 494-1220, ext. 2529 with questions.

The Byron-Bergen Central School District budget and board candidate vote is Tuesday, May 18 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Elementary School gymnasium.
