Guthrie, James A., April 13, 2004, age 58. Survived by his wife, Linda; children, Christopher (Heather) Guthrie, Daniel McGuire, Scott (Shannon) McGuire, Sherri (Matthew) Harrington; sister, Shiela (James) Swanger; brother-in-law, Roy (Bonnie) Hafner; sisters-in-law Patti (Gary) Antinone, Wendy (Lee) Radford; seven grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of James' life was held April 16 at the Hilton Exempt Club. Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
Schepler, Minnie J., April 11, 2004. Predeceased by her husband, Carl. Survived by her children, Jane (Jack) Smith and Carol (Ted) Bragin; sister-in-law, Esther Klafehn; grandchildren, Kelli Smith, Garrett Smith.
Services were held privately. Interment, Lakeside Cemetery. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in her memory.
Zambito, Patricia Jo (Siwicki), Suddenly, April 5, 2004. She is survived by her children, James J. IV, David M., Kathryn M. and Tricia L.; husband, James J. III; brother and sister, Gerard V. Siwicki and Paula (Fred) Gangarossa; godson, Chris J. Gangarossa; mother-in-law, sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Patti Jo worked for Interlakes Oncology and was an avid volunteer with Spencerport High School Athletics.
A Memorial Funeral Mass was said April 13 at St. John's Church, Spencerport. Private interment.
BERGEN
Alexyn, Charles, April 6, 2004, at age 83. Brother of John (Jean) Alexyn, Ann Czudak and Stella (Charles) Perzik and the late Peter Alexyn; uncle of Sandy (Bob) Zeman, Sue (Jim) Snell, David (Rita) Alexyn, Deb (Tim) Weatherbee and Rick (Kathy) Alexyn, as well as other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Services were held April 10 at H. E. Turner Funeral Home, Bergen. Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association in his memory.
Eggleston, Davyd A., Age 20, died peacefully at home, April 6, 2004. Predeceased by his sister, Hope; grandfather, Norman; aunt, Bonnie and cousin, Jordy DeClerk. Survived by his mother and father, Norma and Jeff Bates; sister, Dana (Larry); brother, D.J. (Danielle) Meyers; grandparents, Joanne Eggleston, Robert and Shirley Bates; nieces and nephews, Toni, D.J. Jr. "Donker," John Davyd, Taryn and Shawn; very special homecare aide, Modesto Montanez and family; special friends, J. R. Thornes and Sissy and Earl Mack; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Thank you to Westside Health Care aides.
A celebration of his life was held at the convenience of the family.
Noble, Patricia A. (Stirk), On April 9, 2004, at the age of 49, after a battle with cancer. Surviving Pat is her husband, John; her children, John, Benjamin (Tracy) of Brockport, Catherine (Travis) Tisa of Kansas; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Hannah, Julian and Elizabeth; her mother, Elfie Adam of Brockport; brothers, Gary Stirk of Rochester and Lyle; sisters, Kay (Ray) Campbell of Kent, Jean (Mike) Noble of Brockport and Dori Sorce of LeRoy; brother and sisters-in-law, Shirl (Mike) Cowan, Sue (Allen) Schickler, Julie (Duane) Stymus, Rob (Barb) Noble, Bonnie Hugelmaier, Kathy (Bob) Wysocky and Jim (Lisa) Noble; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many dear people that she touched throughout her life.
A Funeral Mass was said April 13 at the Church of the Nativity BVM, Brockport. Donations can be made to Wilmot Cancer Center at Strong Memorial Hospital, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14642 in her memory.
HILTON
Isabella, Mary L., April 9, 2004, age 94. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph. Survived by her beloved sons, Michael Isabella, David Isabella; daughters, Laura (Dominic) Frate, Rita (Joseph) Tomaselli, Anita (David) Chazan; sister, Connie Martz; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mary was an expert seamstress who also enjoyed working in her garden.
A Funeral Mass was said April 13 at St. Mary's Church, Rochester. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contributions can be made to St. Ann's Community or a charity of one's choice in her memory.
HOLLEY
Paduano, Kathryn B., Age 81, April 14, 2004. Survived by husband of 59 years, Edward; daughter, Norma (Richard) Armstrong; granddaughter, Jennifer (Tim) Knab; sister, Frances Ciccoline, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held April 17 at St. Mary's Church. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorial can be made to St. Mary's Church.
OGDEN
Wierzbicki, Anthony F., Graveside services were held April 10, 2004 at Byron Cemetery. Memorials can be sent to St. Vincent DePaul Church, 11 North Main Street, Churchville, NY 14428.
SPENCERPORT
McLaughlin, Gladys M. (Kraus), April 12, 2004 at age 94. She was predeceased by her husbands, Henry J. Kraus in 1973 and George B. McLaughlin in 2001. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, JoAnne and Robert Epping of Spencerport; her grandsons, Michael (Elena) Epping, Steven (Jeanne) Epping and Mark (Laura) Epping; great grandchildren, Gina Marie, Vincent, Nicolas, Joseph, Ashley, Haley, Mason and Alyssa; sister Marion Heise of Florida; her dear friend June Currie of Florida; nieces, nephews and many close friends and neighbors. She was a member of the Ogden Senior Citizens.
A Memorial Mass was said April 15 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport. Friends wishing can have Masses offered or contribute to the GRHC/Hospice Inpatient Unit in her memory.
