Spirit of Hispanic Culture in Boston Flamenco

Students at Hilton's Merton Willams Middle School enjoyed an assembly at the school April 8 when the Miami-based Boston Flamenco Dance Troupe visited for several performances. Sponsored by the school's teachers of Languages Other than English (LOTE), the visit featured both music and dance from Central and South America, Mexico and Spain including a Columbia folk dance interpretation. Students from Spencerport, Webster, Aquinas and Rush-Henrietta also came to Merton Williams to see the dance company.
