A three-bedroom Ranch home built by BOCES 2 Career and Technical Education carpentry; plumbing, heating and air conditioning; and industrial/residential electricity students will go up for auction on May 27 at 5:30 p.m. (preview at 4:30 p.m.) The auction takes place at BOCES 2 WE-MO-CO campus at 3589 Big Ridge Road. The home is constructed in two halves and the new buyer would need to move the home to their location. There is no set minimum bid for the house. There is typically over $35,000 in supplies and materials in the home.

Bidders are required to submit a certified check in the amount of $14,000 at the time of the auction to Harris Wilcox, Inc.
