Hilton's 2004 Citizen-of-the-Year Hilton Mayor Bill Carter presents a surprised Rick Furnal with the 2004 Hilton Citizen-of-the-Year Award; the sixteenth anniversary of this honor. Furnal was chosen for the designation for his many contributions to the local community including supporting numerous organizational projects by allowing both inside and outside use of his facilities, donating foodstuffs to a soup kitchen in Rochester and numerous other acts of giving which he doesn't want to publicize.
