Weight Watchers meet in Hamlin

A Weight Watchers group is again forming in Hamlin. Meetings will be Tuesdays at the Hamlin Town Hall, 1658 Lake Road from 3 to 4 p.m. or 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., May 11 through August 24. The instructor, Cindy Heidt, will teach how to lose weight without eliminating foods. Foods are given a point value. Participants can eat the number of points in their daily point range. There is a weekly support meeting and weigh-in. The cost is $159 per person (Preferred Care members receive a $15 discount). Registration required.
