Brownie Girl Scout to earn all 58 try-it badges Emily Snyder of Brownie Troop 881 was recognized on Friday, April 23 at the Hillwood Service Unit Brownie Try-It Day. Junior Troop 859 presented her with a Junior Girl Scout vest for being the first Hilton Brownie Girl Scout to ever earn all 58 try-its. The number of badges was increased after 9/11 when the "Wave The Flag" try-it was added. In addition to Girl Scouting, Emily has been dancing since she was three years old, is an avid soccer player and is a third-grader at Quest Elementary School in Hilton. |
