registering students for kindergarten

Brockport Central School District residents who have a child who will turn five years old by December 1, 2004, that child is eligible for kindergarten in September 2004. There is just one screening left this year. Contact Kathy Oaks in the Registrar's office by May 19 at 637-1891 or email koaks@bcs1.org to order a registration packet.

The following information is needed when the resident contacts the office: Child's name, date of birth, Social Security number, parents' names and addresses, home and work phone numbers, doctor, and at least one emergency contact.

The information form can be completed online at http://brockport.k12.ny.us to mail/fax a request for a registration packet.
