attends Wings 2004 Program Boy Scouts from Chili Troop 292 attended the Rochester Wings 2004 Program at the Greater Rochester Monroe County International Airport on Saturday, May 8. The scouts had the opportunity to go on a flight in a small airplane as part of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Young Eagles Program. The airplane ride is one of the requirements for the scouts to earn the Aviation Merit badge. The scouts also met and spoke with NASA astronaut Col. Pam Melroy.
