Cornell seminar series concludes
with Main Street Revitalization workshop

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County's final land use seminar series workshop takes place on Thursday, June 10 with a presentation on Main Street Revitalization Strategies and Resources. Co-presenters are Tim Cullenen, Community and Rural Development Institute (CaRDI), and Karl Heck, Greene County Planning and Economic Development Department.

This workshop concludes a series of timely research and information presentations intended to broaden local dialogue and help strengthen decision making on issues related to land use, economic development, environmental protection, and quality of life. The workshop uses state of the art video-conference technology and links four sites with similar interests in New York state.

The program will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 249 Highland Avenue, Rochester. The cost of the program is $10 per person and pre-registration is requested by June 9, by calling Cornell Cooperative Extension at 585-461-1000 extension 224.
