Town of Ogden opens boat launch

On Thursday, June 22 at 10 a.m., the Town of Ogden will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil their new boat launch to the canal. The boat launch is located at Arrowhead Golf Club at 655 Gallup Road. The town's new handicapped accessible outrigger canoe will be featured at the ceremony as well. Refreshments will be provided.

A Monroe County Development Block Grant provided the funding for this project. Town of Ogden Supervisor Gay Lenhard, Town of Sweden Supervisor Buddy Lester, and Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks will attend. The ceremony is open to the public.
