Sports recertification clinics scheduled at SCS

Students wishing to participate in any fall, winter and/or spring interscholastic sports for the 2004-2005 school year must have proof of a valid sport physical and sport re-certification. No one will be allowed to engage in any aspect of the interscholastic sport program without having a sport physical either obtained by their private physician or at the school sport physical clinic and a sport re-certification by the SCS nursing staff.

Spencerport Central Schools will offer sport physical examinations at scheduled sport physical clinics held at school and sport re-certifications during sport re-certification dates. The dates and times of the sport physical clinics and re-certifications will be August 11 at the Cosgrove Middle School. Clinics for football (all) will be 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.; soccer, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.; tennis, volleyball and x-country, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.; and swimming and cheerleading, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

On September 7 Mod B Re-certifications for grade seven and eight will be at Cosgrove Middle School for all Mod B teams from 8 a.m. to noon.

Please bring: Proof of private physicals completed by your physician if obtained during the summer and re-certification form completed and signed by parent.
