Senior citizen zoning on agenda

Citizens are invited to a work session to discuss the possibility of establishing a Senior Citizen Residential Zoning District in Hamlin.

The meeting will be July 28 at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall's Board Chambers. The president of the home owners association from Hilton's Unionville Station, a senior living community, will make a presentation. Following the discussion there will be a field trip to Unionville Station. Members of the planning board and the town board will be present.
