Boys Champions The Brockport Soccer Club held their annual Tournament July 16 - July 18 in Brockport. The Hilton Heat U12 boys went 3-0, posting two shutouts in order to advance to the championship game against Rush Henrietta. Richard Hernandez, Kyle Bryan, Josh Mensing, Korey Sawdey, Alex Sweeney and Mark Herman anchored the defense and posted their third shutout of the weekend (12th shutout for the year), in the championship game; ensuring a 2-0 victory. Sam Wolcott and Ross Cosentino scored the winning goals. The Hilton Heat U12 boys include: Cody Alves, Timothy Bausch, Kyle Bryan, Steven Contestabile, Ross Cosentino, Matt Dawes, Mark Herman, Richard Hernandez, Cameron Knaub, Josh Mensing, David Oschmann, Alex Ruta, Korey Sawdey, Alex Sweeney and Sam Wolcott. The team is coached by Craig McNair; assistant coaches are Tony Guzzetta, Vince Contestabile and Scott Wolcott. The team managers are Dave and Lori Mensing. |
