BOCES 2 elects board officers

The Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES Board of Education elected George Howard as president and R. Charles Phillips as vice president of the board for the 2004-2005 school year.

Howard, who represents the Wheatland-Chili Central School District, has served on the board since 1986. He was vice president from 1991 to 1993 and again last year.

Phillips, who represents the Greece Central School District, has been a member of the BOCES Board since 1991 and previously served as vice president.
