Lakeside has named Wanda Donald, Certified Nursing Assistant at Lakeside Beikirch Care Center, as September's Employee of the Month. Donald had been with Lakeside Health System for eight years. She lives in Lyndonville. Donald was nominated by her peers for her outstanding care, dedication and rapport with the residents. "Wanda goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to caring for the residents. She looks out for family members as well as the residents. She has gone out of her way to help a family member, because it's important to care for the whole family and not just the residents," stated Debbie Colopy, nurse manager, LBCC. Donald was honored at a reception and was presented with the valued Employee Parking Space, gift certificates from the Twig Shop and the Family Wellness Center. She also received a $50 mall certificate, an extra day of paid time off, as well as a cookie cake from the Dietary Department. |
