Chili Senior Center programs

•Arthritis presentation - Wednesday, October 13 at 10:30 a.m. at the Chili Senior Center. Open to the public; no charge to participate. Call the senior center at 889-6185 to register.

•Foot care - offered the third Thursday of each moth. Half-hour appointments are scheduled from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Call the office at 889-6185 to schedule an appointment. Participants should bring their own basin and towel. The cost is $15. The next appointments are on Thursday, October 21.

•Stretch and Strengthen - Tuesday afternoons from 1 to 2 p.m. (except the first Tuesday of month from 3 to 4 p.m.) The class is instructed by Agape Physical Therapy. No charge. Call 889-6185 for information.

•How to Buy a Computer - class offered Thursday, October 21 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for seniors age 55+. Free. Call the senior center at 889-6185 to register.

•Massage - appointments with a licensed massage therapist offered twice a month. Appointments accepted for the second and last Thursday of every month. October dates are 14 and 21. Appointments are either 15 or 30 minutes in length. First 15 minute intro appointment is $10; 15 minute appointment is $15, and a 30 minute appointment is $25. Gift certificates available.
