Brockport hosts free parent education programs

The Brockport Central School District and PTSA present the Continuing University for Parents Fall 2004 Program "Whose House is This Anyway?" Sessions will be presented by Jim Feely, CSW, CASAC.

Session dates and topics include: October 21 - Understanding Your Child and Yourself; October 28 - Effective Communication Between Parents/Child(ren); November 4 - Encouragement: Building Your Child's Self Esteem; November 18 - Discipline, Selecting the Appropriate Approach; and December 2 - Raising a Positive Child in a Negative World.

All programs will be held in the A.D. Oliver Middle School, 40 Allen Street, Brockport in the LGI Room from 7 to 8:30 p.m. This program is free and open to the public; no registration is required. For information contact Mary Partridge at 352-3517 or Julie Frank at 637-7449, ext. 7013.
