Brockport jazz group to perform at NYSBA

The Brockport High School Blue Notes will perform on Thursday, October 21 at the opening of the 2004 New York State School Board Association annual convention at the Buffalo Convention Center. The Blue Notes 'big band' jazz ensemble consists of five saxes, four trombones, five trumpets and rhythm section.

Students are selected for the specialized jazz group by audition and they perform 8 to 10 times throughout the school year.
