Kyoshi Mark A. Caparco of Caparco Martial Arts has promoted Kelsey Egan of Chili to first degree Black Belt in karate. Caparco has been teaching traditional Japanese martial arts for 30 years. Sensei Egan also holds a second degree Black Belt in Aiki Jujutsu (the art of locks and holds). Egan is a 10th grader at Churchville-Chili Senior High School. |
