Wrestling Club expands offerings

Wrestling classes for beginner to experienced will be offered this year by the Spencerport Junior Rangers Wrestling Club. The classes will be for youth in second to sixth grade.

The Spencerport Youth Wrestling Club and Cobra Wrestling Club have united to form the Spencerport Junior Rangers Wrestling Club. The club will be participating, as a team, in various area tournaments. Programs will build on experience beginning with the Saturday program.

Beginners programs run Saturday and intermediate and advanced programs run Tuesday and Thursday.

The club meets at Spencerport High School Auxiliary Gym (wrestling room) from November 9 through March 5, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. and Saturdays 1:30 to 3 p.m. with a season ending tournament on Sunday, March 13.
