AREA

•Crego, Raymond (Scott), age 40, of Rochester. Died suddenly, October 23, 2004, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Predeceased by his brother, Todd Crego and mother, Sharon DaBoll. He is survived by his children, Kailey and Brandon Crego; father, Edward Crego; brother, Kevin Crego; sister, Susan Widman; grandmother, Doris Crego; Tammy Crego; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services were held October 29 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Garland Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or Camp Good Days in his memory.


ALBION

•Dusett, Richard F. "Dick", age 76, died October 24, 2004 at his home after a long illness. A lifetime resident of the area, he retired from the Town of Murray Highway Department and enjoyed Nascar racing and was an avid hunter.

He was predeceased by his wife Evelyn in 1988. He is survived by a son, Richard (Terry) Dusett of New Hampshire and a daughter, Sandra (Carl) Richenberg of Batavia; four grandchildren, Richard Dusett III of New Hampshire, Nicole Dusett of Florida, Todd Richenberg and Kari Richenberg of Batavia; two brothers, Guy (Dorothy) Dusett of Albion, Charles (Ada) Dusett of Hamlin; two sisters, Caroline Reamer of Albion, Olive Allport of California; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by a brother and four sisters.

Funeral Services were held October 28 at the Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, Albion. Burial in Sandy Creek Cemetery. Memorials can be made to PAWS, COVA or to the family.


BERGEN

•Baart, Bruce, age 72, October 26, 2004 at Crossroads House in Batavia. Survivors include his wife, Michelina J. "Mikki" DeiMaggi Baart, whom he married June 30, 1990; a son, Daniel Baart of Churchville; three daughters, Christine (Jeffery) Klein of Spencerport, Kathleen "Katy" Baart of Churchville and Julie (Michael) Sauer of Riga; six grandchildren. A mother-in-law, three step children and five step grandchildren also survive. A veteran, he served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He attended St. Brigid's Church, was a member MUFON Network; Harvey C. Noone Post American Legion in Churchville and Chili Memorial Post #412 Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Funeral Services were held October 29 at United Methodist Church of North Chili. Memorials can be made to Crossroads House, 11 Liberty Street, P.O. Box 403, Batavia, New York 14021 in his memory.


•Contendo, Joseph S., October 23, 2004. Predeceased by his wife, Esther Contendo; survived by his children, Bruce (Cristy) Bettis; Keith (Rebecca) Bettis; Doris (James) Holzschuh; Carl (Joanne) Bettis; Valerie (Fernando) Pintagro; sister, Louise (Kenneth) Pasquale; 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. Joe was a WW II Navy Veteran.

A Funeral Mass was said October 28 at St. Brigid's Church, Bergen. Interment St. Brigid's Cemetery. Donations can be sent to Catholic Charities Community Services, 1945 E. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14622 in his memory.


HOLLEY

•Bieber, William G., October 23, 2004, age 50, in Walsenburg, Colorado. Survived by his mother, Elaine Parnell of Holley; three brothers, Marv Bieber and Douglas (Deb) Bieber and Steve Macaluso; two sisters, Holly (Keith) Parks and Jennifer Pike; eight nieces and two nephews. He has gone to climb the mountains in Heaven.


NORTH CHILI

•Palozzi, Lucille P. "Bonnie" (Pascarell), Suddenly October 22, 2004 at age 63. She is survived by her hus-band, Frank Palozzi; son, Jim (Sherry) Palozzi; daughter, Michelle (Steven) Damiani; grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicholas and Rochelle; brother, Bob Pascarell; several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was said October 26 at St. Christopher's Church, North Chili. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.


SPENCERPORT

•Bourne, Walter D., October 18, 2004, suddenly. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Rosanne M. Bourne; son, Tim R. Bourne. Walter had been employed by the Spencerport Post Office for 36 years and the Town of Ogden as Court Officer and Auxiliary Police Chief. He volunteered with Spencerport Ambulance at age 17, and served for 24 years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

A Memorial Service was held October 26 at Hope Lutheran Church, Greece. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory.


•Carstensen, Audrey J. "Aunt Audrey", October 20, 2004 at age 73. She is survived by her loving daughter Peggy Baxter and her daughter Katie, her sons David, John (Margaret) Carstensen; her niece Cindy (John) LaRocca and their children Tony and Effi Kasandrinos; her nephews Peter (Caroline) Belardino, Steve (Debbie) Plane and their children Brian, Jeffrey and Greg. She is predeceased by her sisters Joan Voelkl and Dorthy Plane and her longtime partner Andy Smagin. Audrey was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. and an employee of LaRocca's Restaurant.

A Celebration of her Life was held October 24 at LaRocca's Restaurant. Contributions can be made to Visiting Nurse Service/Hospice, 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster, NY 14580 in her memory.


•Guarino, Lisa I. (Reichert), Suddenly, October 19, 2004 at age 39. She is survived by her husband Richard D. Guarino; her children, Halie and Richard James (R.J.); her mother Sandra L. Reichert; her brother Michael Reichert and his son Jesse; her father-in-law, George Guarino; several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her mother-in-law Elaine Guarino. Lisa was an employee of Eber Brothers Corporation.
