Observed and counted by Student Council President Greg Haffen, the results were: 243 for President Bush and 108 for John Kerry. "Bush won the school-wide vote," Greg said, "but I think Kerry will win the national election." Three-hundred and fifty-four students voted in the election. Quest Elementary students elect student council officers every year using Board of Election machines. |
