Ogden hosting GIS open house

Learn about geography and how it benefits the community when the Town of Ogden hosts an open house demonstrating the Geographic Information Technology that's being implemented in the town.

Participants will be able to view aerial photos from the 1930s, 1960s and 2002.

Officials will discuss current projects and activities will include the web access available for mapping the community. Posters, displays and up-to-date maps will be available. Refreshments will be served.

The open house will be November 17 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the highway facility behind the Ogden Farmers' Library.
