Hilton names Staff
Professional of the Year
Kathy Neu, teachers assistant at Hilton High School for the past 15 years, was named School-Related Professional of the Year for 2004-05. Hilton Central School Employees Association President Linda Bubel presented the award saying, "Kathy is well-known for her patience and kindess." The award is presented to a staff member who displays exceptional skill and dedication on the job and promotes positive relationships with parents, students, co-workers and the community.
"It's wonderful to be recognized," Neu said. "I am happy to have the opportunity to watch kids' skills and talents grow. They really become your 'children'."
Finalists this year for the SRP Award were: Julie Auble, HS; Lora Leo, NW; Kim McOmber, Quest; Diane Moon, VE; Laurie O'Reilly, Quest; Colleen Ramble, NW; and Ellen Reitter, Athletic Dept.
