Senior Center programs

•Tree Lighting Ceremony - Wednesday, December 8 at 7 p.m. includes tree lighting, caroling, entertainment and refreshments. Everyone is welcome. For information, contact the senior center at 889-6185.

•Memory Enhancement - Monday, December 13 at 11 a.m. Free, but pre-registration is required. Call 889-6185.

•Foot Care - offered on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Half-hour appointments are scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Call the office at 889-6185 to schedule an appointment. Participants should bring their own basin and towel. The cost is $15. The next appointments are on Thursday, December 16.

•Stretch and Strengthen - offered Tuesday afternoons from 1 to 2 p.m. (except the first Tuesday of month from 3 to 4 p.m.) The class is instructed by Agape Physical Therapy and there is no charge to participate. Call 889-6185 for information.

•Pace Exercise Class - offered Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Easy exercises for men and women with arthritis or limited range of motion. Most exercises are done while sitting in a chair. The class is instructed by the Arthritis Foundation. $12 for six week pass (or $10 with Preferred Care or Blue Choice). For information, contact the center at 889-6185.
