Local elementary school helps families of the Tsunami

The elementary children at St. John's the Evangelist School of Spencerport have collected $413.50 in their "Families Helping Families" Program. The children were asked to help these unfortunate families by making donations with money that they have actually "earned."

Many children were eager to contribute to the cause by donating their allowances and even their lunch snack money. The money collected is now being sent to the Catholic Relief Services-Tsunami Emergency.
