David Schreiner, a junior at Brockport High School and Boy Scout in Troop #324, earned the rank of Eagle Scout on January 13. His Eagle project was to paint the fire hydrants in Hamlin. Schreiner planned, organized and completed the project, painting more than 100 hydrants with the help of his troop and family. The project took 176 hours. |
