Hilton Junior Varsity boys basketball finish season

The Hilton basketball program can look forward to the future, if the success of the Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Team is any indication.

Coached by Jeff Murphy, the Cadets finished the season with a 59-35 victory over Brockport on February 9 improving their final record for the season to 12-6.

Cadet starters were: freshman, Bret Clark; sophomores, Joe Hutton, Kai Lockwood, Andy Eichas and Eric Kukura led the Cadets throughout the season. Cameron Bernard, Roc Billotti, Matt Davis, Sheldon Pierce and Matt Seils, all sophomores, played significant roles in overall success and development of the team.

Highlight wins throughout the season included the Jamestown Tournament Championship and two wins over a Rush Henrietta team. After losing to Gates Chili earlier in the year by 13 points, the Cadets beat them with an eight point win.
