•Pancoast, Margaret E., Born March 2, 1916 died peacefully on her birthday, March 2, 2005, at the age of 89. Survived by daughter, Linda Pancoast, Judy Effrige-Avery; son, Glenn (Mandy) Pancoast; sister-in-law, Bernadette Lacey; special loving friends, Doris Huck, Dolly Hiller and Doris Blakely; nieces, Margaret Rhady, Elaine Plenert, Donna Zawalick and many nephews.

Funeral Services were held March 5 at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc., Rochester. Interment, Creekside Cemetery, Churchville. Donations can be made to St. John's Home, 150 Highland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.


BERGEN

•Kahn, Edna, Died March 2, 2005, age 91. Mother of Richard (Lu) Cosgrove of Cambridge, Robert (Kathy) Cosgrove of Bergen and Dennis (Mary) Cosgrove of Campbell Hall; sister of Mag Young of Utica. Seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive. Wife of the late Glen Cosgrove and Lester Kahn and sister of the late Margaret Schaeffer, Joseph and Edward Kohler.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said March 5 at St. Brigid's Church, Bergen. Memorials can be made to St. Brigid's Church, P.O. Box 219, Bergen, NY 14416.


BROCKPORT

•Walker, Ralph E., March 8, 2005 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his wife, Harriet C. Survived by his children, Barbara (Charles) White, Michael (Betty) Walker; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service was held March 12 at the First Presbyterian Church, Brockport. Contributions can be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 35 State Street, Brockport 14420 in his memory.


HILTON

•White, Robert G., Husband of the late Alice White, formerly of Hilton, died March 3, 2005 in Vero Beach, Florida. He was a Kodak retiree and former member of the Hilton Baptist Church. He is survived by son, Robert of Hilton; daughter, Marcia Scott of Indianapolis, Indiana; sisters, Dorothy Harper of Monticello, Kentucky and Doris Girard of Rochester; three grand-sons and three great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service was held in Florida.


HOLLEY

•Jandrew, Dale K., Age 53, of Bolivar, died February 25, 2005 at his home. Born February 1, 1952, in Wellsville, he was a son of William and Argie Calhoun Jandrew. On May 21, 1977, in Petrolia, he married Karen Guinnip, who survives. In 1970, Mr. Jandrew graduated from Scio High School and later Alfred State College Vocational School in Wellsville. He was a self-employed electrician and taught for a year at Alfred State College Vocational School. He was also a member of the Allentown Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to his wife, Mr. Jandrew is survived by two daughters, Argie and Jessie Jandrew, both students at Houghton College; a son, Lucas Jandrew, at home; a brother, Earl (Aurelia) Jandrew of Allentown; four sisters, Jean (Dob) Howry of Clinton, Illinois, Joanne Grover of Ashville, Donna (Gary) Fanton of Holley and Helen (Bill) Hutchinson of Scio; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Clark Perry. Mr. Jandrew was predeceased by his parents and a brother-in-law, Richard Grover.

Funeral Services were held March 1 at the J.W. Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc., Wellsville. Interment, Fairlawn Cemetery, Scio. Donations can be made to Bolivar Volunteer Ambulance Corps or Knights Creek Evangelical Methodist Church, Scio.


NORTH CHILI

•Jones, Matthew Hamilton, March 6, 2005, age 30. Family celebrating his life include Matthew's beloved wife, Helen; parents, Burton and Ruth Jones; grandparents, Glenn and Helen Hamilton; mother-in-law, Sylvi Taylor; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Todd and Johanna Neller; aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and nephews, and innumerable friends. He was predeceased by grandparents, Herman and Pauline Jones. A graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College (B.S in physics), Rochester Institute of Technology (B.S. in electrical engineering), and Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (M.S. in electrical engineering), Matthew was a systems engineer employed at Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, New Jersey.

A Memorial Service was held March 9 at Pearce Memorial Free Methodist Church, North Chili. Contributions can be made to Highlander Christian Camp, South Settlement Road, Kane, Pennsylvania 16735 or Hope Africa University, Free Methodist Foundation, Spring Arbor, Michigan 49283 in his memory.


SPENCERPORT

•Gonzalez, Rev. Karen (Ross), Suddenly, February 25, 2005 at age 59. Karen was predeceased by her parents, Harriet and Rev. Ralph D. Ross and her brother David Bruce Ross. She is survived by her brother R. Douglas Ross and wife Lynne of Wetherfield, Connecticut; her brother, Harold Ross of Auburn; her sister Linda J. Lee and husband Richard of Flint, Michigan; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held March 12 at Ogden Baptist Church, Spencerport. Contributions can be made to the Alzheimers Association in her memory.


•Stein, Raymond J. Sr., March 3, 2005 at age 83. He was predeceased by his wife Louise (McKenna) Stein, his sister Kathryn Tyler and sister-in-law Joyce Stein. Ray is survived by his children Bernard (Sharon) Stein, Eleanor (William) Walker, Kathryn (Robert) Lauricella, Eugene Stein, Dianne (Steven) Scheg, Raymond (Margaret) Stein Jr. and Edward (Susan) Stein; grandchildren Michael and Daniel Stein, Christine and Brian Walker, Melissa, Andrea and Amanda Lauricella, Christine Stein and Scott Scheg, Raymond III (RJ) and Josephine Stein, Eric and Kayla Stein; great granddaughter Brianna; his brothers Arthur (Mary Rose Curry); Hubert, Louis "Bud" (Jane) and Paul (Blanche) Stein; sister Helen (William) Schreiber; his special friend Elizabeth Cowley; nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of the Monroe County Airport and was a lifelong farmer.

A Funeral Mass was said March 7 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport. Interment St. John's Cemetery.
