Students dance to help children's hospital
Students at the Brockport Central High School danced all night recently to raise money for a local children's hospital. More than 170 students took part in the annual fundraising marathon.
Following 12 hours of all-night dancing, students counted a total of $19,220, the third largest amount raised in the 32 year history of the fundraiser. It will be used for leukemia research at Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong in Rochester.
