Open swim program resumes
at Brockport High School pool

The Towns of Sweden, Clarkson and Hamlin and the Village of Brockport announced the resumption of the open swim program on select Friday nights at the Brockport High School pool. The program was cut last year because of declining interest and high operational costs. Officials from municipalities opted to resume the program on a trial basis due to many requests from the public.

The following spring dates have been set: April 1, April 8, May 20, June 17 and June 24. Open swim will resume in September. Swim times are from 7 to 9 p.m. Note time change from previous announcement in the town newsletter.

There will be no membership or identification requirements to participate. Fees will be $1 per child; $2 per adult; with a maximum of $3 per family. Call the Community Center at 431-0090 for a schedule of dates and times.
