Dinner for
a good cause
Brockport Rotary members turned out in force to work and enjoy the annual ziti dinner. Hundreds of customers were entertained by Sandy Parlato and Happy the Clown. Both donated their time and talents to make this a special event for the community. Brockport Rotary wants to thank the numerous contributors to the dinner, workers such as members, SUNY Brockport's Alpha Phi Omega, other service club supporters and the hundreds of folks who attend each year to support Rotary causes. Brockport Rotary spends its profits from this and other fundraisers, such as the spring geranium sale for local projects, which include Camp Haccamo, Troop 111 Boy Scouts and the Brockport Food Shelf. Those interested in learning about Rotary are invited to attend dinner meetings on most Thursdays at 6:15 p.m. at 58 Main in Brockport. Rotary Past District Governor Jim Wilkison of Brockport came back from Florida to attend the dinner. He is pictured with Happy the Clown.
