Monroe County Fire Police present Officer of the Year Award
The Monroe County Fire Police Association Gordon Mosier Fire Police Officer of the Year Award for 2004 was presented to Brockport Fire Department Fire Police Officer Kenneth Keim at the association's annual Installation Banquet held March 26 at the Burgundy Basin Inn. A Life Member of the Brockport Fire Department and Immediate Past Captain of the Brockport Fire Department's Fire Police Squad, Keim was honored for his efforts to promote the personal safety of the Fire Police Squad Members during his years as an officer of the Fire Police Squad. Through Keim's efforts the Brockport Fire Police members are now outfitted with the latest, state of the art, O.S.H.A. and D.O.T. approved, high visibility turnout gear and safety helmets. On hand to help celebrate the award was Keim's wife, Bonnie, daughter, Debbie, and her husband, Steven Turner. Also on hand was a delegation from the Brockport Fire Department headed by Fire Chief Chris McCullough and his wife, Tammy, and Assistant Fire Chief Tim Rombaut and his wife, Terri.
