Holley schedules a Meet the Candidates night

Holley Central School District residents can meet candidates for the Board of Education on Monday, May 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the Holley Elementary School cafetorium.

There are four candidates vying for three seats on the board. They are Rocco Gervasi, Melissa Ierlan, Norman Knight and incumbent Eric Spencer. The three candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to three-year terms of office commencing July 1 to fill the expired terms of Lynn Beatty and Eric Spencer and fill the vacant seat of Kim Thomas.

The 2005-06 school budget vote and board election is Tuesday, May 17 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Holley High School.
