Neighborhood games
Holley first graders learned classic children's games, from hopscotch to jump rope, just in time for summer vacation. The Project ADEPT through Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES taught the students social skills, fitness and the value of rules, team play and cooperation. Doug Waterman, songwriter and performer, led the students in a variety of games their parents enjoyed as children. Pictured, Andrew Rowley practices playing four-square. Submitted photo.
