Colombo, a Rochester native, has written more than 30 books about science and nature. She talked to students about insects, science, senses, and writing. Can electricity be conducted through people? Students found out during an experiment. Second-grader Theresa Adams doesn't quite know what's going to happen during an experiment with electricity. She learns that electricity can be conducted through people. As soon as she completed the circuit by touching a second metal handle, a horn sounded.
