The American Legion Auxiliary of Monroe elected the following women as their new officers for 2005-06: Leona Sweet, Greece Unit #468, was elected president; First Vice President is Margaret Alaimo, Robertshaw Unit #100; Second Vice President Marilyn Carpenter, Cottreall Warner Unit #942; Third Vice President Vickie Lennox, Robertshaw Unit #100; Secretary Kathy Veltz, Chili #1830; Treasurer Carolyn Emerson, Chili Unit #1830; Chaplain Sharon Beeke, H. C. Unit #954 Churchville; Historian Karen Reyes, Cottreall Warner #942; Sgt-at-Arms Ginny McClain, Rayson Miller Unit #899; Veterans Affairs and Rehabilitation Rosa Kesel, Falls Unit #664 and Vice Chairman Doris Schubert, Unit #899 of Rayson Miller.
