The Sweden Republican Committee has announced its fall slate of candidates. Supervisor Nat O. Lester, III will be seeking his fifth two-year term. Town Councilpersons Rob Carges and Danielle Windus-Cook will be seeking their fourth and second terms, respectively. Also on the ballot will be incumbents Town Justice William Cody, Town Clerk Karen Sweeting and Tax Receiver Kathleen Roberts. "We have selected candidates with a wealth of experience and demonstrated leadership and vision," said Sweden Republican Committee Leader Ken Moore. "We look forward to an active and positive campaign season." |
