Port of Call Community Players schedule auditions

The Port of Call Community Players are scheduling auditions for its fall performances. Neil Simon's comedy, "Come Blow Your Horn," is scheduled to be performed September 30, October 1, 7 and 8 in the Cosgrove Middle School. There are three male and three female adult roles. A man and woman in their early 60s, two females in their early to mid 20s, one male in his early to mid 30s and one male in his early 20s. The comedy will be directed by Don Lenhard.

"Gift of the Magi" will be presented four evenings, December 2, 3, 9 and 10 in the Performing Arts Center of Canalview School. This is the non-musical version of the story. Adult parts include the male and female leads who are in their early 20s plus two women and two men of any age. The play will be directed by Lory Love.

Auditions will be held for both plays on August 1, 2 and 3 in the Cosgrove Middle School from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Call Don Lenhard, 352-4242, 349-5681 for information.
