Girl Scout earns Bronze Award

Junior Girl Scout Troop #321 of the Hillwood Division completed their year with an awards ceremony in May which included a bridging ceremony to the Cadet Girl Scout level and a trip to Splash Lagoon in June.

Members of the troop are: Crystal Blodgett, Emily Cordaro, Sarah Jones, Jennifer Hubner, Lauren Heppner, Lauren Metherell, Ashley Shaw, Julianna Shaw and Christine Zulkosky.

Heppner received the Bronze Award for her design, implementation and completion of a service project which involved gathering school supplies for students in need within the Rochester area and completing additional requirements pertaining to this award.

The girls completed a very active year filled with various activities, badge requirements, camping and community service projects under the leadership of Donna Metherell and Dawn Blodgett.
