BCSD registration begins

Brockport Central School District Registrar's Office reminds all new residents to register their children for the 2005-2006 school year. To ensure that student placement and bus transportation will be in place prior to the first day of school, contact the Registrar's Office at 637-1857 for a registration packet. For children eligible to begin kindergarten they must be five years old by December 1. Contact the Registrar's Office as soon as possible. Residents may stop by the office in the District Administration Building, 40 Allen Street from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

To register your child, bring the following items: proof of residency (telephone or electric bill), child's birth certificate, child's immunizations, parent/guardian photo identification and custody or guardianship papers, if applicable.

Mailings to BSD residents will go out by August 20 and include the District calendar, school lunch, PTSA, and volunteer information, along with other notices. Transportation notices will be sent out the third week of August.
